WWW – November 15, 2017

Hello, hello! Welcome to this week’s exciting installment of WWW Wednesday, hosted by the ever-enchanting Taking on a World of Words!

And _I_ think this is an exciting installment! We’ll see what y’all think!

Ok, so, to remind you:

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

I am BEYOND excited that I managed to get an eARC of The Hazel Wood by Melissa Albert via NetGalley. I’ve been hearing SO much about it over the past few months and it is 1000% up my alley! I just started it before bed last night and I am positive it’s going to end up on my list of Mostest Favouritest Books Ever 🙂 It comes out at the end of January, but it’s available for preorder and, believe me, you want to preorder it!

And I just finished another NetGalley eARC that I was beyond delighted to get – Meet Cute by a whole host of talented authors like Nicola Yoon and Jennifer Armentrout. This also comes out in January – hold onto one of those bookstore gift cards you know you’ll get for the holidays and spend it on this. It’s REALLY cute – like, I was skeptical about it living up to its name, but all the stories are really just adorable.

I’m SUPER THRILLED (see, told you this was an exciting week! 🙂 ) that Speak Easy, Speak Love is waiting for me at the library. This is another one I’ve heard amazing things about – my fave Mackenzi Lee has raved about it for months now. Much Ado About Nothing is one of my fave Shakespeare plays, so a YA retelling of it set in the 1920s? Yes, please, thank you.

What are you all reading this week?

  1. Meet Cute is already on my to-read list & I just added Speak Easy, Speak Love. I’m reading Exit West right now, which I think you’d like. It’s not YA, but it reads like a fairy tale/fable & centers on a young couple trying to escape a rapidly deteriorating unnamed Middle Eastern city through a mysterious portal.
